Full Council takes place on the 3rd Thursday of every month all year round, with no recess during August. Generally the venues are alternated between the villages. Draft minutes are published and approved at the following meeting. Members of the public can attend during the Open agenda called Public Participation. However members of the public can be asked to leave upon resolution of the Council if any sensitive business is to be discussed. Every year in April, an Annual Parish Meeting is called, where all parishioners within the Parish of Audley are invited to attend. In addition an Annual General Meeting is held every year usually in May when a new Chair of the Council is elected.
Approved minutes of previous meetings are contained in the Minutes page. Details of the next meeting’s date, time and venue are contained on the Agenda page – generally it is the 3rd Thursday of every month.
