Audley Rural Parish Council are looking for a skilled, reliable, and self-employed handyman/maintenance contractors
🧰 Key duties include:
âś” Routine maintenance of assets eg benches, bus shelters, play equipment, fences
âś” Some grass cutting & strimming of verges, hedges and paths
âś” Visual checks of 9 play areas, car parks & wildlife areas with written reports
âś” Reporting issues to Staffs County Council & Newcastle Borough Council
âś” Responding to urgent health & safety matters
👷‍♂️ Must have:
âś… Your own tools & equipment
âś… Experience in general maintenance and repairs
âś… Public Liability Insurance
📍 Work will vary week to week and throughout the year – so would suit someone who can be flexible
